14-Day Love-It Guarantee — Original Art Only
We want your art to feel like a perfect fit. If your original painting doesn’t feel right in your space, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please return it in original condition, with similar care and packaging, and insured for safety. Return shipping costs are the collector’s responsibility. We’ll provide return instructions when you’re ready.
Once the artwork is returned safely and in original condition, we’ll issue your refund.
Returns for Prints & Digital Products
Because our prints are made to order and digital downloads are delivered instantly, we don’t accept returns or refunds for these items.
But we do want you to be happy. If something isn’t right, please reach out. We’ll always do our best to help.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. For damaged items, please keep the original packaging and send clear photos of both the packaging and artwork.
For fine art prints, we’ll arrange a replacement print or refund. For original artwork, because each piece is one-of-a-kind, we’ll work with you on the best solution, which may include a refund.
